Pharmaceutical wastewater solutions
Organic wastewater generated in the pharmaceutical process is the main source of pollution, and its wastewater discharge accounts for 2% of the national wastewater discharge. Pharmaceutical industry wastewater mainly includes antibiotic wastewater, traditional Chinese medicine wastewater and chemical pharmaceutical wastewater. The main pollutants contained in wastewater in the pharmaceutical industry are suspended solids (SS), chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), cyanide and volatile phenols and other toxic and harmful substances. Unable to directly use the biochemical treatment process, Jiejing Energy uses MVR evaporator to treat pharmaceutical wastewater, recover waste salt, and reuse the condensate produced.
Its principle is to use the energy-efficient steam compressor to compress the secondary steam generated by evaporation, convert the electric energy into heat energy, increase the enthalpy of the secondary steam, and the secondary steam that is improved by the heat energy is driven into the evaporation chamber for heating, so as to achieve the recycling of the existing heat energy of the secondary steam, so that the external fresh steam can be used, relying on the evaporator self-circulation to achieve the purpose of evaporation concentration. When the saturated concentrate treated by MVR evaporation meets certain conditions (saturation, viscosity, etc.), the PLC control system will issue a command to the solid-liquid separator, the valve will open automatically, and the concentrate will flow into the crystallizer. The saturated concentrate is processed by the crystallizer to precipitate the solid and realize the separation of solid and liquid. Finally, by recycling the compressed, heated and pressurized secondary steam, the recycling of useful substances in the wastewater of the pharmaceutical industry and the "zero discharge" of the wastewater of the pharmaceutical industry are realized. Powders, Chinese proprietary tablets, western medicine tablets and powders in the pharmaceutical industry have high temperature requirements, combined with MVR evaporation technology and low-temperature multi-effect technology, which not only achieves energy saving, but also maintains the characteristics of raw materials to the greatest extent, and meets the needs of customer industrial upgrading and energy conservation and emission reduction.
