MVR Evaporator
How it works:
The MVR evaporator uses a compressor to increase the energy of the secondary steam, and uses the secondary steam that increases the energy to recover the latent heat of the secondary steam.
Specifically: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed by the adiabatic compression of the compressor, so that the pressure and temperature are increased, and then sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam to condense and release heat, so the latent heat of the steam is recovered. Before entering the evaporator, the cold material absorbs the heat of the condensate through the heat exchanger, raising the temperature, and also cools the condensate and finished liquid, further improving the utilization rate of heat.

1、The amount of evaporated water can reach 0.5t/h~100t/h
2、During normal operation, the system only uses electricity, no steam, and the energy consumption per ton of water evaporated is 15KW.h to 100KW.h, and the operating cost is low.
3、It is a kind of energy-saving evaporator, mostly single-effect evaporation, small heating temperature difference, short residence time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.

5、The equipment realizes automatic operation through PLC control, and can run continuously and stably for a long time.
