On September 27, 2021, in order to enhance the cohesion and collaboration ability of the company team, the company organized employees to come to the beautiful environment of Anji, and carried out a two-day team building activity around the theme of "building industry benchmarks and pursuing excellent quality".
This team building activity mainly consists of two parts: expansion and training. Through this team building, we have enhanced understanding and trust among employees, deeply felt the wisdom and strength of team collaboration, and even understood in the final training that technology is the foundation of our standing. Continuous innovation can not only establish a stable foothold in the market, but also make great strides forward.
At the beginning of the activity, all personnel were randomly divided into four teams. By determining the team name, slogan, song, formation, and other aspects, the ice was quickly broken and a warm team atmosphere was initially formed.
Next is the "Challenge Five Minutes" that tests the team's collaborative ability. In the limited time, the purpose of this activity is to efficiently complete the seemingly simple but hidden five projects. During the 30 minute training period, each team quickly finds the pattern of the project through practice, learns from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and continuously adjusts their team's participation plan. During the competition, some teams face constant failure in a project, but still persist until the last moment. Some teams quickly adjust their plans after the first failure and successfully challenge. It can be seen that the members of each team are working hard and working together to achieve good results for their own team.
The impressive activity is' Fast 60 seconds', where you can read and sort the numbers represented by the pictures on the card within 60 seconds. At first glance, it may sound like an activity that tests memory, but in reality, it tests the ability to think and change. In order to understand the diverse images on the cards, each team also exerted all their abilities, using their brains and flexible thinking to find breakthroughs within limited rules, and achieved excellent results.
Through the cooperation of the previous day, the teams of the "Minefield Water Extraction" and "Sand Field Troops" on the second day fully demonstrated team cohesion and collaboration, opened up ideas, and improved innovation awareness, all completing the competition at a high level. As the expansion progressed to the final "curling" event, the scene had already reached a state of intense competition, with each team refusing to give way to each other. The cooperation between the team members was already very tacit, and through brief communication, they arranged their troops and played to the advantages of their own teams in the competition. Watching the exchanges between you and me on the field, Lu and Yan couldn't help but enter the stage and participate in a round. In the end, despite a tie in the overall ranking of the three teams, the "Anti Sky" team once again engaged in fierce competition and won the final victory in the expansion project.
Subsequently, the winning team and the captains of other teams shared their experiences over the past two days, and I believe the team members also had their own thoughts and gains in various activities. When facing failures in some aspects, actively participate in communication, raise potential issues in the process, and adjust the steps in a timely manner; Based on their respective strengths, clear division of labor, unity, and close cooperation can achieve common goals. At the same time, this expansion also enhances understanding and trust among colleagues, and cultivates team collaboration skills.
