"Aspiration, backbone, and confidence" contribute to the future of life's great cause

       Hello everyone!
       This is my first time giving a speech at a team building event; This year is a special period. The year 2023 is the end of the three years of COVID-19 epidemic resistance in China. It is the biggest disaster for mankind in the past 100 years. It has lost many precious lives of relatives and friends around us. The social economy has been impacted unprecedentedly, and Connaught is no exception. This year marks the beginning of the post pandemic era, with a global economic recession and a one-year conflict between Russia and Ukraine that has not been peacefully resolved; The people of various countries are in a difficult period, and the Chinese nation has gone through a century of arduous journey to achieve today's glory. The world economy is looking forward to China's recovery of economic vitality. As we all know, in today's world, the situation is unpredictable, and we are in a situation of great change that has not been seen in a century. In such a situation, the arrival of the new technological revolution is profoundly changing the world. Under the background of two overall situations, and at this most critical time node, we have employees coming into the door of Kangnuo, which is about to open a new course and create a new milestone. Therefore, I have a strong desire to face everyone with the spirit of a tree stump, and let us remember this historic moment. We must remember 2023, which is a great moment. As you look back on the past after 10 or 20 years, you will surely be filled with emotion. The year 2023 is a memorable period for both China and the world, heralding the beginning of a new era and the reconstruction of the entire world; The Chinese nation is heading towards the great goal of national rejuvenation, and the world will create a new world civilization. The fourth industrial revolution (intelligence, Internet of Things) will definitely profoundly change the world. Against this backdrop, we have set sail and embarked on a new journey.
      Aspiration comes from emotions, and a person without patriotism cannot speak of ambition. In 1919, Mao Zedong, who was in his youth at the age of 26, loudly called out in his inaugural "Xiangjiang Review": "Those in the world are our country; those in the country are our country; those in the society are our society. We don't say, who says? We don't do, who does?" A young man, a young man only 26 years old, was able to speak such heroic words because he had a country and a nation in his heart, He saw that the country was in danger and cried out from his heart to save the country and the nation. From this, Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao, a group of early Communists, founded the CPC. It was the correct leadership of the CPC that created the glorious history of the Chinese nation for a hundred years.     

      What is ambition? Ambition is loyalty to a country and a nation. As we all know, Chen Duxiu's two sons were both early heroes of our party who sacrificed their lives for the cause of the party. What did they say? Let our predecessors overcome obstacles and thorns in exchange for a happy life for our descendants, this is ambition! It's about having a family, a country, and a people in mind. What is ambition? Aspiration is contribution. They are down-to-earth, willing to sacrifice their lives and blood for the sake of this country and nation. Those around us are not like this. With our two bombs and one star contribution, we gave up the superior life of the United States and the bustling Huangpu River. In response to the call of the country, they came to the Gobi Desert. Have they thought of themselves? No! They think that the country is a nation, and I am a part of the nation. I should make our due contribution to the future of the nation for this country. In their hearts, above the country and the people, above the interests of the people, this is called ambition.       

       What is backbone? Bones are confidence, and a person without confidence lacks backbone. Soft bones can never hold up the backbone of a nation; Where does confidence come from? Confidence stems from the 5000 year civilization of our Chinese nation, from the leadership of the Party, from our century long hard work, and from today's achievements in construction. We cannot lack backbone. A few years ago, we were bullied by imperialist powers. Today, we will move towards strength and national rejuvenation. As young people of this era, the future belongs to you. The centenary of our founding and the great cause of national rejuvenation in 2050 will be built in your hands. You are participants and contributors to this great era, and you should be proud of it. Without backbone, such a great cause cannot be accomplished. What is backbone? Bones are contributions, and how many people have dedicated their lives to achieving today's goals, whether in obscurity or anonymity, in a small position or in an inconspicuous place, dedicating their glorious life and showcasing their brilliant talents are all heroes around us. They are representatives of our nation, and they carry the backbone of our nation.     

      The third is confidence, how can we achieve confidence; Confidence comes from ability. Without genuine talent and practical learning, you cannot contribute to the progress of this society. How can confidence be said. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is coming so fiercely, and there are still many future scientific and technological discoveries that need to be practiced by you. If we cannot deeply understand the laws of the times, grasp the laws of scientific development, and contribute our intelligence to this development, how can we have confidence. A person with confidence is a capable person, a person with confidence is a contributing person, and a person with confidence is a person with achievements. No matter what position they hold, even if they are a small employee, even if they are an ordinary worker, or even if they are a farmer, as long as they have this ideal, belief, and pursuit, their position and contribution will definitely be a big stage. Everyone has seen the highest National Science and Technology Merit Award (for the older generation of scientists), and new commendations have been made time and time again, promoting the spirit of the Chinese nation, reflecting the great contributions made by the Party, the country, and the people to the great cause of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The national meritorious deeds that they have made to the national cause cannot be forgotten, and their significant contributions to the national cause will always be engraved in the hearts of the people. What particularly moved me was a teacher from a mountainous area, Teacher Zhang Guimei, who has nurtured so many girls. She has dreams and pursuits in her heart, and she knows that everything she does is for the future rejuvenation of our nation. She knows that Chinese children cannot be without knowledge and culture, which is her confidence in life. We are Kangnuo people, with a glorious tradition and corporate spirit. A great era begins today, and it is at this critical point in history that you have embarked on a new journey. When you look back, you will surely feel that we are the contributors of this era, and we are the participants of this era. In the process of this era, with our sweat, our footprints, and our contributions, we have no regrets as the inheritors of the Chinese nation, and we are worthy of the Kangnuo people. Therefore, comrades, in this great era, at this important moment of this era, I say these words to everyone. You may not know that I didn't sleep all night yesterday. Faced with such a critical moment, I pondered repeatedly and didn't know where to start, After a night of reflection, the three words "ambition, backbone, and confidence" have helped me find the foothold of today's speech and are also my shared encouragement. Recalling the words spoken by Mao Zedong to Chinese students studying abroad at Moscow University during his time, he inspired generations after generations. He said, "The world is yours and ours, but ultimately it is yours. Your young people are full of vitality, like the sun at eight or nine o'clock in the morning, with hope pinned on you It still holds great significance for your future. You are the hope for the future of the nation and the inheritance of the nation. You embark on this great journey and face many challenges. How will you face them? Without ambition, backbone and confidence, it is impossible to cope with this unpredictable world pattern and the challenges brought by the new technological revolution. But I believe, I firmly believe that you have this ability, because your performance has proved that patriotism has taken root in your hearts. With this kind of feeling and this pursuit, you will be invincible. No matter what position you are in, you will see the demeanor of Kangnuo people, Everyone will say that the Kangnuo people are the hope of our country's environmental protection cause and the backbone of our nation. We can all live and work in a better future, on the premise that we need to strengthen ourselves. Without this confidence, we cannot undertake this important task, achieve such a mission and goal, and all of this will be achieved in your future work and practice. Therefore, I sincerely hope that everyone will not forget today, this great era, face the future, and learn from history, To make the contribution that the Connor people deserve. Ostrovsky, the former Soviet Union, wrote a book called "How Steel is Tempered". On the title page of this book, he had a paragraph that inspired many young people. He said, "A person's life should be spent in this way. When you look back on the past, do not regret for wasting time, do not be ashamed of mediocrity, so that you can proudly say, I have contributed my life to the most magnificent cause of humanity. He is a revolutionary, a determined and resolute revolutionary who dedicated his life to the liberation of the Soviet Union. People like him are common among our Chinese ancestors. I hope everyone remembers and remembers those who sacrificed for our happy life today. We should establish a noble ideal of life, with only one life. Even the grass should strive to add a touch of green to spring, extend the value of life, and persist in pursuing it, Let backbone, ambition, and confidence accompany our future career for a lifetime, firmly remember our corporate culture, firmly remember our patriotism, and the future belongs to you.
