Jointly working together to create a better future, Kangnuo Environment, Group Building in 2023

      In order to build a team with cohesion, centripetal force force and combat effectiveness, Kangnuo Environment came to Lin'an, known as the "Back Garden of Hangzhou", from April 23 to 24, 2023, and carried out a two-day group building activity with the theme of "One Heart, Together for a Bright Future".     

      The team building activities are divided into two parts: "expansion training" and "safety production training". Only with excellent teamwork spirit can team members continuously strive for common goals. In this safety production training, old colleagues "review the past to learn the new", new employees "learn from history", and remember that "safety first" is the primary prerequisite for the production and development of Kangnuo Environment.

      At the beginning of expansion, the expansion coach interacted and "broke the ice" through two warm-up games, quickly allowing colleagues from all over the country to understand and become familiar with each other in a short period of time, gradually opening up and integrating with each other.

      At the end of "Ice Breaking", we were divided into four teams: red, yellow, blue, and green, and worked together to determine their respective team names, team captains, team badges, team songs, team calls, and team styles. The red "vanguard" is fearless of difficulties and brave in creating; The yellow "Tigers" engulfed the mountains and rivers, moving forward without hesitation; The blue "real team" is full of vitality and welcomes people with a smile; The green "Strong Grass Team" is magnificent and invincible, with all four teams full of passion and fighting spirit.

      The "culinary competition" at noon ushered in the first small climax of this team building, where each team had to use limited ingredients to make a table full of color, aroma, and taste within the designated time. At the scene, there were people in a hurry, at a loss, with clear and organized division of labor. The sound of pots and pans colliding was constant, creating a lively scene of "smoke and fire". In a moment, plates of steaming dishes with all the colors, flavors, and flavors were brought to the dining tables of their respective teams, feeling particularly delicious as they watched the fruits of their teamwork.

      In the following expansion training, several games such as "You Move and I Guess", "Face to Face", and "Stacking Fortress" will be used to exercise and expand the thinking ability, collaboration ability, tacit cooperation ability, and competitive awareness of team members. Each team quickly finds the rules of the project through practice, learns from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and continuously adjusts their team's participation plans to achieve the best results. Regardless of the outcome of the game, each team has become a closer whole, sharing joys and sorrows, and trusting each other.

      Finally, General Manager Lu Wenzhong presented awards to the winning team and outstanding individuals, and summarized that everyone from all over the country, who can gather together, is a member of the Kangnuo Environment family. I believe that after extensive training, everyone also has their own experiences and insights, and promptly summarizes and improves the existing problems. This is the quality that Kangnuo people who are fearless and united should have.

      At the dinner party, Mr. Wu and Mr. Lu, the general consultants of the company, first delivered a speech before the award ceremony, expressing their recognition of the team building. They saw an increase in communication and exchange between new employees, old colleagues, and leaders, and improved the team's ability to handle problems together through clear division of labor and cooperation. In a fiercely competitive environment, the long-term development of a company does not rely on a single individual in the team, but rather on the collective strength of the team. It requires everyone to unite and continuously drive the company forward.

     Before dinner, company leaders presented awards to employees and collectives who won awards in their work in 2022:

      The next day, the office held a safety production training for everyone, explaining the knowledge and key points of safety production through illustrated copy and vivid language. It was reiterated that safety production should not be taken for granted and must be implemented. We believe that through this safety training, all employees participating can enhance their awareness of prevention and improve their ability to prevent accidents. Kangnuo Environment always keeps in mind the corporate responsibility of "safety production, alarm bells ringing".
