      This year, the theme of team building carried out by Kangnuo Company is "Working Together for a Better Future". In this enterprise team building, we will focus on carrying out activities around Kangnuo Company's philosophy, corporate culture, values, and outlook on life. The purpose of team building is to improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of employees in the enterprise. On the main battlefield of economic construction, our Kangnuo team bravely moves forward, braves the wind and waves, and heads towards victory one by one. In the current post pandemic era, our real economy is in a very difficult situation. Kangnuo needs to survive in the crisis and develop through innovation, which is the wisdom and essence of our enterprise. In order to create a beautiful living environment in beautiful China, we bear social responsibility, and Kangnuo Environment can make great progress with its core technology. We should actively play the role of Kangnuo in reducing pollution and carbon, take the path of sustainable development, and cultivate new opportunities for enterprises in the crisis. Therefore, we need each of us to show our ambition, backbone and bottom line, practice the goal of green low-carbon, carbon peak, carbon neutrality, and serve economic construction.       

      As is well known, protecting the Earth's homeland and advocating for the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature has always been our ultimate goal. April 22nd is the 54th World Earth Day. The Earth is the only home on which all humanity relies for survival, and humans and nature are a community of life. The Chinese civilization has always advocated the unity of heaven and man, the law of nature, and the pursuit of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. China has incorporated the concept of ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction into the Constitution, incorporating it into the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Guided by the concept of ecological civilization, it runs through the new development concept, guided by the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, with green and low-carbon development as the key, and adheres to the path of ecological priority and green and low-carbon development. World Earth Day reminds us to care for the 'Earth of all living beings'. It will be a global environmental movement aimed at raising public awareness and promoting environmental sustainability. The Earth we rely on for survival is facing numerous environmental threats, and the process of achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 has seriously lagged behind,

      As Connaught people, we must take on this social responsibility and contribute to the problems facing the Earth.     

      Corporate culture is the collection of corporate concepts, corporate image, and corporate behavior gradually developed and formed by an enterprise. It is the highest "constitution" of the enterprise, commanding all work of the enterprise, and is the fundamental basis for all work of our company. Team building is the specific performance of corporate concepts, corporate image, and corporate behavior in team activities. Team building deeply embeds the concept of the enterprise into the minds of every employee, Becoming the basis and criterion for employees' thoughts and behaviors; Team building requires every employee to showcase their corporate image and have a unified external image; Team building ultimately requires every employee to align their behavior and thinking with the company's requirements, comply with the company's rules and regulations, strictly implement the company's strategy and goals, and absolutely obey the instructions of superiors.
