Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is attracting widespread attention around the world as a new water treatment technology that protects the earth's limited water resources and precious environment.
In addition to reducing the environmental load by improving the quality of wastewater treatment, MBR systems are also widely used in wastewater reuse. MBR process features ◆Compact structure and small foot space. In the MBR process, the secondary sedimentation tank and sand filtration system are eliminated under the same condition of effluent, and the functions of biodegradation and sludge water separation are realized in one reaction tank. ◆High treatment efficiency and good effluent quality. The concentration of nitrifying bacteria is maintained in the reactor, so the nitrification efficiency is high, and the ammonia nitrogen effluent can reach less than 5mg/L; ◆The amount of residual sludge is small. The higher sludge concentration in MBR can keep the sludge load low while the volumetric load is high, and the sludge proliferation is controlled. ◆The turbidity of the effluent can reach less than 3NTU. |
